K&B OF THE DAY: MEMPHIS CHILDREN HOME ALONE

After seeing this I was livid.  A mother and her sister leave a two and a three year old at home alone so they could take a friend home. A fire is starts in the home, neighbors hear the kids screaming and try to save them from the flames. One of the childen die and the other is currently in critical condition.

The part about this story that disgusted me the most was what the mother's sister had to say to the Fox news cameras.


“No, I really don’t because if they had been there by themselves, I don’t know if the boys set the house on for or somebody threw something in there to set it on fire. I really need to get in there to see if my purse burned up. I had my Food Stamp Card and everything in there.”
